I initially had a consultation with Attorney White and he did respond to a couple of follow up emails shortly afterward. However, despite repeated attempts to reach him later with a time sensitive follow up question still within the stated consultation period, I received no response by email or phone. Ultimately, the lack of follow up and communication led me to seek counsel elsewhere

I worked with Keith Shepherd as my attorney for about 3 years after a car accident in 2016 that left me with long term injuries. He was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his prompt communication, and everyone in the office that I have interacted with was professional and kind. The receptionist is friendly and genuinely kind and thoughtful, I recall her jumping up to open the door for me and bringing me tissues once when I was speaking tearfully.

Keith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable; he gave me guidance and answered my concerns I wasn't even a client. A few weeks later I hired him. Throughout my case, Keith and his staff kept me informed and were always professional and responded quickly to my concerns. Last year I contacted Keith again; I was the victim in a road rage accident where the driver shot out my back window. Keith was not accepting new clients at that time, but helped me through this anyway. I cannot refer or recommend White & Shepard's lawfirm enough!
