Marilyn is one of the BEST nutritionist I have ever been to. She doesn't just give you a list of foods to eat and send you on your way. She is very personable and committed to helping you with good nutrition and health for the rest of your life. Marilyn has a conversation with you and discusses why you eat certain foods and how it affects your overall health condition. She is adamant about accountability and self care. She asked me to keep a journal of the food I ate each day and then she would review it on my next visit. I can honestly say after one month; I lost 6lbs. Seeing what you eat on paper really makes a difference. If you want to finally take control of your weight and/or health issues, Marilyn is certainly the BEST nutritionist to contact immediately. She really cares about you and that alone is worth the price of gold.

RD. Quintana is probably only good for weight loss. My mother was 57 yrs /108lbs (in great shape) at the time of the appointment she was a patient having gastritis issues. Quintana recommended a fiber only diet. That diet scared my whole family and her church. My mother went down to 93 lbs (15 lbs down) and went to the emergency room 4-5 times not knowing the the source of the issue.. turns out it was her diet… It’s understood that high fiber diets are probably good for digestion but it seems like due to the lack of testing and/or diligence, the diet given to my mother sent her to the ER multiple times. It’s unfortunate but this really impacted my mothers life and mindset.

I went to Marilyn cause I've been very sick for years wanted to have her give advice on any food or herbs I can take. Her 1st question to me was did you take the vaccine I said yes only 1 shot but I was feeling sick way before the vaccine and the only reason I took the vaccine was because I got covid really bad. She continued by blaming everything on the vaccine and main stream media and made it more political. Iam a independent and I don't care for either side but she seemed like she watchs late night fox and all I wanted was some advice. So finally she rushed me out her office telling me "iam over thinking things" and to drink alkaline water. 15 mins about the vaccine and no advice but drink water. Every question I asked she would curve. I asked her what she think about a keto diet she tells me "your making yourself go crazy". I asked her my d dimers are high can I eat greens she seemed like she didn't know anything about it. Non of my questions were answered and all along she never looked at me speaking to my wife like I wasn't in the room. Save your money and time
