Whenever we can't be home, the team at NYC Pooch has been our trusted partner for our two dog's care over the last 8 years. They've reliably helped us whenever we've needed daily walks or overnight dog sitting when we travel. Knowing we have an entire team of dedicated dog care professionals available to jump in and care for our dogs whenever we need them has been such a relief given our ever-changing work and travel schedules. Scheduling is easy and seamless using the app. The main office is always eager to help us out especially when we're in a pinch. Communication between us and the entire team, especially our primary dog walker, is always exceptional. We literally couldn't imagine living in NYC without NYC Pooch. Plus they're one of the few dog walking services in the city that will do private walks which our two dogs need. They've truly become part of our extended family. And it's not an exaggeration to say that our two dogs consider our primary dog walker/sitter their best friend. It's been incredible to watch their relationship grow over the years. We can't recommend NYC Pooch enough!

NYC Pooch is amazing! I moved and had to find dog walker on short notice, they were a godsend! They are flexible changes in my schedule and respond quickly to requests for extra walks on weekends. Our main walker, Shayla, is incredible! My dog Osiris absolutely loves her, and I think she loves him just as much. Everyone on the NYC Pooch team works together to accommodate team members’ needs without any hiccups on the client’s end, i can’t sing their praises higher or recommend them more enthusiastically. When we moved to the city we were really worried about finding a consistent walker for our retired racing greyhound. Retired racers can be somewhat difficult so when it came to finding the right walker, we struck absolute gold with NYC Pooch. Our walker is amazing - he treats my dog like he’s his own. He is consistent, caring, and communicative and it has been incredible to watch my dog fall head over heels for him. The schedulers and coordinators are efficient and give so much notice when anything comes up that may affect the walk schedule. They are super understanding and do their absolute best to accommodate your every need and request. I know that I never have to worry with NYC Pooch on the job and I’m thankful to have found such a wonderful group of people to take care of my dog during the day. The peace of mind they provide is priceless.

NYC pooch has been there for my dog for the last 9 years. My dog was adopted from ACC and needed a lot of training. The NYC pooch walkers were patient and caring with my dog and have been that way even to this day. Tom and the management team is very reliable and the dog walkers have been the best. Caesar’s current dog walker, Jason, loves and adores him and Caesar is very lucky to have him. We got lucky to find such a good dog walking service. I will advise any person with a dog in New York to go with their service.
