If you're looking for top-tier fashion fabric, this place is a must-visit!

Wonderful shop, staff is friendly and helpful. The store has a decent-sized, curated selection of high-end Italian apparel fabrics. When we visited, they had a large selection of suiting (I believe mostly wool, but I did not check), boucle, silk charmeuse and chiffon, cotton shirting, beaded/embroidered/embellished fabrics, and hundreds of styles of buttons. Fabric prices ranged about $80-200 for the more basic fabrics, $200+ for the embellished, and there were some remnants on sale in the back. I think they also offer dressmaking services, but I didn't ask about those. Recommended!
