So far I have a good and bad experience. The first box sent to Nicaragua arrived with no issue. The second box has been apparently been retained by US at the port but its already more than one month with no good explanation. And apparently this is the 1st time this has happened to them??? I hope that I get an answer soon and that my belongings and my son's things arrive.
