Envié una caja vía marítima con destino a Colombia el 21 de julio y a la fecha (hoy) octubre 23 de 2023 no ha llegado a su destino (es decir mas de tres meses en tránsito). Lo peor es que las excusas que me dan los chicos de servicio al cliente de la agencia de Miami son poco convincentes, repetitivos y se me hace ya hasta una falta de respeto que obviamente no se han tomado la molestia de hacer seguimiento y ver qué ha pasado. En conclusión no recomiendo el servicio marítimo de esta empresa, la verdad ha ocasionado experiencias negativas sobretodo por la importancia que tenía lo que se envio en esta encomienda y que lastimosamente no llegó a tiempo y quién sabe si llegara. ☹️ Lo único que falta es que roben cosas que van en la caja y encima de que llegase fuera de tiempo también estuviera saqueada ¡El colmo! a la fecha enero 23 de 2024 mi caja no llega a su destino y no se nada al respecto
