If there's a 10 stars here, we will give it a 10. A ten because Hollie really gave above and beyond of her service. It was really amazing doing business with her, very professional and will work both each side (buyer and seller). We had a meeting with her on December 2022 and told her we wanted to list our house in Unity. We asked what would be the price range of the house at the same time we wanted to get the amount that we paid of our house. She told us about the market of the Unity and did the assessment and also our neighboring. So she suggested on the price and we agreed about it. Listed the house on the 10th of January 2023 and we have 5 showings (maybe I am mistaken with this no. but I know there's more than 3), and 3 interested for the record. She told us what to do to look the house inticing, did the checklist she gave and really work what she told, and it all paid at the end. We got an offer end of the month of January went some negotiations and finally agreed the price which still works on our price range. A month went pass and I can say the conditions are the hard part. Hollie really did well in handling it and we had a group chat and she always kept us updated. We were not in the house for almost 2 months to take care of the stuff but Hollie did all the process. March came and all the conditions were met and removed. We are a happy seller and still even after the final sale she's still gave a helping hand that if we need anything just let her now. As being in a sales and marketing field I love the way she deals from selling to marketing, all the aspects are there. I will recommend Hollie to be your buyer and seller. It is above and beyond and won't regret it. She will definitely work with you. ❤️

Kayla has exceeded the definition of amazing. When my boyfriend and I started our house hunting process we thought we could just deal directly with the listing agent of the property we wanted (take it from me- don’t do that), please use a realtor (more specifically Kayla). We lived 7.5 hours away and relied mostly on text/phone calls, and when we scheduled viewings we did a few at a time in the evenings which she graciously accommodated our schedule- her time management is top notch. Our list of must haves in a property was by no means simple we wanted a lagoon, well water (good well water), room to build, a garage/shop, a house with character, a house that only requires cosmetic renovations , But as Kayla got to know us she found us the most perfect place. She checked our entire list of must haves, and somehow managed to get us the extras that were added bonuses! We trusted her when she said “the right house will come along”. Not only that but she assisted with our mortgage broker (perhaps don’t go through a mortgage broker), she reached out to insurance, all of that which I am sure thankful for as we had no idea what needed to be done but she walked us through the steps if she couldn’t complete it herself. Im shocked that this is even a reality. please please please consult with kayla. we also needed to buy a cargo trailer and by happy accident she was able to help us do that as well.
