Firstly, the atmosphere as soon as you walk in is calm, welcoming and your'e made to feel so relaxed. Alli, in my opinion is an expert colourist and stylist. Her years of experience, coupled with her warm and friendly personality leads you to feel that you are in very safe hands. She listens carefully to what you want, takes time to explain how she will achieve it and just fills you with so much confidence. Alli is meticulous with the detail and works so hard to create perfection! In previous salons, I've often felt like I'm on a conveyor belt- one in one out. This is not the case at Oak Hair- they take the time to get to know you, they care! Lily, Alli's assistant is absolutely lovely- they are the dream team in my opinion... This salon really is 1 in a million! If I could select a sixth star, I would. I can't wait to go back.
