We engaged Juan and his team at Imperio to do our basement renovation which included an office/studio, gym, family room and bathroom this summer. We couldn't be more happy with the outcome, and also their process. Our project came in on budget and ahead of schedule, and there were no surprises. I had some very specific requirements for my office / studio including soundproofing that they looked after exactly as needed. The onsite team were friendly, professional and accommodating. A great bunch of guys, that we felt very comfortable having in our home for 6 weeks. They pit down protective paper over our main floor hardwood, and installed zippered doors to keep the drywall dust down too. Very conscientious. We had weekly update and status reports that kept us in the loop in terms of progress to date, materials arriving, next steps and intended progress for the upcoming week. We are super happy with Juan and his team, and would absolutely recommend the Imperio team for anyone considering a renovation in their home.
