I recently moved to Oakville and was referred to Dr Rabia Waheed at Danton Medical Centre by my former family physician. What an absolute delight! After my third visit, I told Dr Waheed and the receptionist that I actually look forward to visiting the doctor. The front office staff are very friendly and accommodating. On my second visit, I underestimated my travel time and was running late for my appointment. When I called to inform the receptionist, she immediately put me at ease. Dr Waheed took the time to conduct a thorough assessment of my medical history, review existing concerns and offer solutions. I felt like I was included in every aspect of my healthcare plan. All in all, this is an impressive facility, and its healthcare professionals are outstanding.

We visited this clinic for my mother and were impressed with how new and clean the space was. There was very little wait time, which we really appreciated. The staff were polite, and Dr. Arogundade was great — professional, kind, and attentive. However, there were a few issues that made the experience less convenient. The clinic doesn’t accept out-of-province health cards, and this wasn’t mentioned on their website. After the appointment, we were also told that they only accept cash or e-transfer, with no debit or credit option. On top of that, the billing invoice was done incorrectly, and we had to return later to pick up the corrected version. These kinds of policies and processes should be clearly outlined on their website so visitors know what to expect. Overall, it’s a nice facility with efficient service, but better communication and attention to detail would make a big difference.

Love this clinic! The two doctors at Danton Medical Clinic in Oakville are both amazing — super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and they actually take the time to listen, which is rare these days. You never feel rushed, and they explain everything in a way that makes sense. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, and booking appointments has been really simple. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and in a convenient spot. Overall, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here — highly recommend if you’re looking for caring doctors in Oakville!

The receptionist made typos twice on the same word. She wrote my address wrongly twice. Word "Grand" became "Gardn". Then when I wrote it for her, she revised it, then she wrote "Garand". Even she can't write "Oakville" correctly. She was also the one who measured my blood pressure. 150/86 (high) at one test. This is high, but when I met the doctor, the doctor didn't say anything about it or maybe didn't read that measurement. The receptionist is very rude, when I was amazed knowing the laboratory is only open Monday-Friday 10am-2pm and asked her to repeat, she asked me "do you understand?" Hey, you are the one who should learn English, learn to write English correctly before you work in a clinic. It's dangerous if you are careless to entry wrong patient information. I canceled to become their patient because I don't trust this clinic.
