From the minute we arrived, we were impressed with the warmth and genuine greetings we received. Service all round was impressive. Each and every staff we interacted with showed how genuine they were in serving us. This included the online concierge who was most helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals from High Tea, Dinners and Breakfast. The rooms were impressive! We have already recommended some relatives to consider Capella for their next staycation.

Birthday celebration in Capella. We enjoyed ourselves alot! The room was fantastic, with a nice living room area to watch your favourite shows The vanity area is huge. Feel relax and nice to chill in the room The crew/staff from the reception & restaurants were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I have to say, the service was amazing! Most of important, our furkid cab come along with us to the restaurants! Oh I also have to give compliments to the fantastic breakfast we had. A wide spread of food to enjoy Would definitely recommend to family & friends and I am looking forward to come back for another staycation

Our stay at the Capella Singapore was nothing short of exceptional. From the very first moment, the level of service stood out and remained consistently outstanding throughout our stay. Breakfast service, pool service, and the bar experience were all flawless. In particular, we would like to highlight Samuel, Nelwin, and Manish, who truly made a difference with their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attentiveness. That said, EVERY single team member we interacted with was extraordinarily friendly, proactive, and service-oriented. Our sea-view room was perfect in every way: spacious, immaculate, beautifully designed, and technically up to date. Housekeeping and room service were impeccable and discreet, delivering a level of comfort that made the room feel like a private sanctuary. The restaurants and bars are outstanding, offering both quality and atmosphere at the highest level. We also greatly enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was an elegant and relaxing highlight. One of the three pools, the more secluded lap pool, became our personal favorite and felt almost like a private pool — quiet, refined, and ideal for relaxation. Located on the offshore island Sentosa with beautiful sandy beaches, the Capella is the perfect retreat after extensive city tours. It combines absolute tranquility with easy access to Singapore’s vibrant city life. We are truly impressed — and remain so. There is simply nothing better.
