We arrived for 6 days. Every day, a wonderful man named Shohag cleans our place! Always clean, cozy, like at home! He is very friendly! Very polite! He is attentive, there is always the necessary (water, coffee), clean biscuits and glasses. We are very grateful to him for his work! It's a pleasure to come back to the room! Travel agents are sitting in the lobby. There was a lovely woman from our tour operator, Nargiz. He speaks Russian, which is very convenient for those who do not speak English. I organized all the desired excursions. I've got a lot of secrets about where to find souvenirs at an affordable price. She bought discounted tickets in advance and sent them messages so that we wouldn't stand in line. The communication took place in a convenient messenger, WhatsApp. We were delighted, enjoying the Emirates in a relaxed way.

Overall, a good experience. Kabir, the room attendant, was wonderful and very helpful. The reception staff were generally helpful, although they seemed a bit understaffed at check-in. I stayed in a cabana with direct access to the pool/beach, but found it a bit strange that you can't lock the door (the one that accesses the pool area) behind you when you leave. The quality of the room service food isn't the best, although the service was good. The room itself was quite dark, particularly in the evenings, as there are no ceiling lights, only a few wall lights. That being said, the room itself was clean and tidy. The proximity to the beach is excellent.

The hotel has a good location, not far from Dubai. However, the rooms are not fully equipped: there is no drying rack for clothes, limited storage space, few hangers, and only one hook in the bathroom. Sun loungers on the beach are often in short supply unless you arrive early in the morning. I would also rate the food a 4, as there were unripe fruits, few vegetables, and no drinks available for lunch and dinner. Room cleaning was done by Shohag, and everything was excellent and clean! There are some drawbacks, but overall, I recommend the hotel—it’s a good place to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel boasts a beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool that offers the perfect spot for relaxation after a long day. The pool area is spacious, clean, and provides a serene atmosphere, making it ideal for both swimming and lounging. Additionally, the hotel's private beach is just as impressive. The sandy shores and crystal-clear water make for an excellent getaway, perfect for unwinding or enjoying some water activities. I also want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Sirajul. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering helpful advice on local attractions and always ready with a friendly smile. His attentiveness truly made our experience even better. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of both facilities and service. Highly recommended!
