The technician was friendly and let me know what she was going to do. The doctor came right after, was friendly and explained she was to review my X-rays. After a few moments she let me know the work I will need and what my costs would be. I have alot of work to be done. It will definitely be done in several stages. I highly recommend CaliDental.i love the professional, friendly manner and care they took.

He was so friendly and fun he made the whole exclusive so much better. Not only that but I had accidentally booked the wrong dentist, and calling these guys they were able to get me in within 20 minutes

Leah BookerThis is assembly-line style dental care. Poor communication. No continuity of care. The doctors don't even agree with each other on a treatment plan, and if you ask questions they get huffy and walk out. Procedures I refused for my child were performed anyway without my consent. They did a crown replacement less than a year ago which I was later told did not need to be replaced at all, only to find out they did not seal it correctly and it needs to be repaired. They filled two cavities two months ago and neither is sealed correctly, so those will need to be repaired as well. If your insurance will let you be treated literally anywhere else do it. I'd rather pay cash out of pocket than ever take a child in my care there again. Are there negative stars?
