Booking using the app was very easy. Blue badge parking was right by the entrance. Staff were helpful about leaving my powered wheelchair in a wheelchair space & transferring to a cinema chair. Clarity on the screen was excellent as was the sound. I have a chronic health condition and the recliner chairs are perfect for me - comfy & supportive with raised legs. It is wonderful to be able to be comfortable and able to fully enjoy the film. Going in the afternoon also meant it wasn't crowded so I didn't need to wear a mask despite being 'clinically vulnerable'. A cinema visit to an Odeon Luxe is expensive but it was a great experience, and with my disability I would struggle to sit comfortably without a recliner option

This cinema offers a truly premium experience! The chairs are incredibly luxurious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the movie. The selection of snacks and drinks is excellent, with plenty of great options to choose from. On top of that, the venue is clean throughout. Overall, it’s a top-notch cinema that provides comfort, great refreshments, and a well-maintained environment. Highly recommend for a perfect movie night!

Here’s a revised review focusing on the food stand: I’m extremely disappointed with the service at the food stand during my recent cinema visit. I waited over 40 minutes just to get a popcorn and an Ice Blast, which is ridiculous. The staff were slow, disorganized, and didn’t seem equipped to handle the crowd. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable, especially since it’s such a basic part of the cinema experience. I ended up missing part of the movie because of how long it took. Management seriously needs to address this issue—whether it’s better staffing, training, or streamlining the process. As it stands, the food stand service is ruining what should be an enjoyable trip to the cinema.

This cinema has become a favourite of mine and have visited a few times. My most recent visit was to see the new Captain America movie on a busy Friday night. Although I got extremely lucky and was able to find a parking spot right away, getting out of the car park was an utter nightmare. We were completely gridlocked in and it took us almost half an hour to actually leave the car park. There needs to be control measures in place because it was chaos. On thing I would like to note about the actual cinema is people need to have a bit more respect for furniture. The recliner seats are there for comfort and a luxury experience while watching a film, but that doesn't mean you can treat it like your home. Halfway through the movie, I noticed a woman sat on my right had her leg recliner up and her feet (with her outdoor shoes on) propped up on the seat. Not only is it unhygienic as I have no idea what she might have stepped in on the way there, but this is how things get worn and damaged. A little consideration isn't too much to ask.
