Desmond offers a range of effective massage techniques that help address muscles that are tense and limited. He pays attention to what you need and really hits trigger points--sometimes I didn't even know areas that were tight until he started loosening them up. If you want a great deep massage, he's among the best. I appreciate how knowledgeable he is about the body, especially since I'm on a journey for a better health through exercise.

Desmond is the best! I highly recommend the deep tissue massage. I come in with tight muscles and mobility issues, but I can count on feeling and moving dramatically better after every session.
