Dr. Johanna is a very good dentist. Her and her staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. In addition her work and expertise is outstanding as well as the other doctors on staff. I have been seeing her for years and she never fails to impress me with her professionalism and bedside manner. All in all you would be missing out on one of the best if not the best dental practice in Colombia.

I had a fantastic experience during my intake consultation. The team was very helpful and the doctor was super friendly and helpful and took so much time to explain everything to me. I was very impressed with how detailed she was. I learnt so much. I had a hard time finding the clinic but together we worked it out, they even came outside to find me, and it was raining too! Going forward we agreed that for foreigners sending the exact Google Pin and a building photo(s) is a better protocol. Book your appointment now.

This was my first visit to Medellín, and I came specifically for dental work and a bit of vacation. I ended up going to Oralimagen for a root canal and had a great overall experience that held up exceptionally well—so here’s my 1-year follow-up. The process took 3 visits within a week: Day 1 - Initial exam and consultation – I originally needed a crown on a molar (diagnosed ~6 months earlier in the U.S.). By the time I got to Colombia, a root canal was needed. Day 2- Preparation form an oral surgeon Day 3- Final root canal and restoration Day 4-7 Vacation & Evaluation The clinic was clean, professional, and well-organized. Everything was explained clearly in English, and I felt confident in their technical skills. How It Held Up: Being my first root canal, for the first 6 months, I had some minor pain and mainly chewed on the other side of my mouth. But after that, it fully settled. A year later, I visited a dentist in the U.S. who said, “The molar looks great—but you really should’ve had a crown placed about 6 months ago!” To be fair, Oralimagen did recommend getting a crown after the root canal. I just didn’t fully understand why at the time, and was only there a week. In hindsight, it’s standard practice for molars, and I’m thankful the tooth held so long. I highly recommend Oralimagen. The care was professional, the team was responsive, and the work has absolutely stood the test of time. I'm really grateful for the skilled, affordable care I received. Thank you!
