The issues are constant and unresolved, and any complaints I’ve made have been met with indifference or excuses, showing a complete lack of accountability. A recurring problem is the inability to access my office on weekends. Several times, I have lost business because the floor door couldn’t be opened. This kind of operational failure is unacceptable for a workspace that markets itself as reliable and professional. Additionally, the security of my office has been compromised. On one occasion, the cleaner left my office open, exposing sensitive client data. When I reported this serious breach, the only response I received was that it was “just a human error.” This dismissive attitude toward such a critical issue is shocking and unprofessional. Spaces seems only interested in collecting payments, as their responsiveness and support are non-existent when it comes to resolving issues. I cannot wait for my contract to end and will never use their services again. If you value reliability, professionalism, and security, steer clear of Spaces.
