Customer experiences
If I could rate less than one star I would have. Our item was supposedly delivered to our home but payment was not made - how it was delivered when the driver never approached the door for payment or delivery is beyond me. We clarified with the company we ordered tge item from to confirm no further payment was required on delivery and they responded within 20 mins. No additional fees were required delivery would arrive tge next day. Several calls to UPS /OPS same number messages left, automatic call back requested. On Hold for 74 mins. A gentleman answers stats tge package had been attempted to be delivered 3 times!!! Again no delivery attempted were made! We have surveillance video! No call back, no reducers no one answers the phone! DO NOT USE OPS/UPS IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS! Makes everyone look bad! Horrible Horrible customer service! Not worth the effort!
I've been trying to contact them for a week, left messages, no one returns the call or answers the phone. I've had two packages delivered by OPS this week, their drivers, two different drivers, just dropped it on my step, so obviously the next person that walked past took the package, they didn't even have to leave the sidewalk. Why not put in the mailbox?? Why not ring my doorbell, I didn't even know the package was delivered until it was gone. The worst part is these are Amazon packages so I don't even have a choice of who delivers them, do I need to stop ordering from Amazon? Please train your drivers, inform them that sometimes the world is dishonest and people steal packages with big letters that say AMAZON or maybe you just don't care.
They don't ever answer the phone
Lost my package. They said they delivered it but I never got it. I ordered the same item again: same result. Now Amazon is trying to replace my order for a third time. Tried to call Intelcom but the line does not even seem to exist. 72h to reply to an email. Intelcom provides the worst service of all shipping companies around. Everytime Amazon ships through Intelcom, my package gest lost. Looks like someone working for them is stealing packages
