Old Mandeville Home Repair and Maintenance

Recommended very highly by others, I decided to use this company to transform the outside of my home. The back patio which was vinyl siding with metal post and beam for the patio cover is now all custom wood work. Everytime someone sees it for the first time their expression is always "WOW, this is very nice". The vinyl siding around portions of the house is now Hardie Board, it makes a big difference!. In addition, I had plumbing, electric and other work done to the outside, and some minor customizations to some bedrooms and bathrooms. If you're thinking about this, DO IT! The owner has a vision (along with your vision) to transform your home into a, "OH WOW" home. Whoever shows up at your house to do work, feel very safe and comfortable, you can leave your home open with absolutely no worries. It's okay if the workers want to use the microwave and fridge! The cost is very affordable for the labor, you can't get around the price for material. For the labor, just remember...It's expensive to be cheap! Even folks who have seen what this company has perfectly accomplished who have the same skill set or know what they're looking at say "This is very well done. ". In the future, I'm looking forward to transitioning the entire inside of my home to that, "OH WOW"!!!! ******5 starts isn't enough*****

Kirk White's crew just finished work on my house. I had a lot of jobs that I needed. 1. Painted the front of the house and painted the door red. 2. Painted 2 chairs red. 3. Painted the outside pool bathroom and paneled the inside. 4. Built, insulated and painted the pump shed. 5. Inside house: Painted their wood grain trim white. 6. Inside: Painted 2 doors white. 7. Installed trim around 3 windows and painted white. They did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them!

I needed cabinets and shelves for my record collection that was sitting on the floor and working off of a picture Kirk had great suggestions to make it better. Kirk and his crew showed up and started exactly when he said he would and from day one I could see he was an expert at his craft. I was really impressed with his professionalism and him and his crew could not have been friendlier.Like most customers while he was there I had other things that needed to be done and he took care of everything I needed no problem. Kirk will be my guy for all home repairs forever can’t recommend him high enough!!!
