Working with Olivia was amazing! She was able to keep the whole wedding planning experience from beginning to end stress free for us and fun. She took the time to listen to what we wanted for our special day and worked hard to make that happen. We got married during a stressful time of COVID but Olivia was able to keep everything calm and positive. We had so many guests comment the day of letting us know what an amazing job Olivia did. My husband and I worked with Olivia for quite some time since our wedding celebration got postponed from 2020 to 2021 this year, and she was so amazing! I honestly don't know what I would have done without her since she was always two steps ahead for everything and was so on top things for our day of wedding coordination. Olivia was so sweet, knowledgeable, supportive, and flexible with our planning and was so helpful for all of the questions we had. Everything for our wedding turned out so beautiful and lovely and we are just so thankful for having her as our day of coordinator! We would highly recommend having her coordinate/plan for any event, wedding, and/or celebration.

I honestly do not think we would have had a wedding if Olivia had not been involved with planning it... Olivia walked us through each step of the planning process and worried about things that I did not even think we had to worry about. Did I think that two bathrooms would be fine for 120 people? Yes. Did Olivia? No. Was Olivia right? Yes. I am glad I listened and followed her recommendations instead of hoping for the best with 0 experience with event planning. Olivia also has connections with some excellent vendors, so I did not have to worry about hiring a DJ that would play Nickelback all night. Lastly, Olivia was professional, kind, and transparent. She was up front with costs and where we could save money. Overall, not only did she make my wedding exist, but she made it an amazing experience where I really did not have to worry about anything. I asked Olivia to help me plan and coordinate my recent wedding, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Her sense of humor kept things light even during some pretty stressful times over the last couple years. She always knew exactly who to call or what to do no matter what curveballs were thrown at us.
