I wish I could give 0 stars. We had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with this law firm. The lawyers and staff were consistently unprofessional and arrogant throughout our interactions. Not only did they breach their legal responsibilities, but their mistakes (dating back FIVE years) have cost us significant money and countless weeks of stress as we tried to fix their mistake that should have never gone wrong in the first place. Once the mistake was finally fixed by me (NOT THEIR FIRM), we tried to get an appointment with the owner for 6 MONTHS, during which time they kept using the excuse that the file needed to be pulled from archives (???). After arguing with him, he ultimately agreed to reimburse us part of the legal fees, and made it sound like he was doing us a favour. In reality, they messed up badly and refused to take full responsibility for their error. The lack of accountability and professionalism has been incredibly disappointing. We would not recommend this firm to anyone. Stay away from them.
