I went to this office in November 2025 for a wisdom tooth consult. My goal was to compare prices to another local provider. I would not feel comfortable receiving surgery here after my experience. While most nursing and administrative staff were kind, I did not feel cared for by the doctor. He was not only twenty minutes late to my room, he was in and out in LESS than two minutes. Left the door to my room wide open when speaking to me, and did so with other patients as well. He did not inform me of any risks of surgery (nerve damage, sinus cavity risks, ect). However, staff required that I sign off that all of these risks were explained to me. The doctor barely looked in my mouth, and missed the fact that one of my teeth was visually impacted. This office estimated significantly more than another provider I had a consult with. They did not put me at ease, make me feel comfortable, and I most certainly will not return here for any procedures.

Random acts of idioticness

Dr. Boyle is absolutely amazing he is friendly kind and will help you out in anyway that he can. However the front desk staff and others staff are incredibly rude. At first they were nice and pleasant than the day of my procedure the front desk lady was incredibly rude and snippy with me and my husband then my husband called in because he was not given all the information we needed when we left and the conversation I’m assuming went well. Well he called in again because he’s on very little sleep taking care of me and a baby and he just wanted to make sure he was remembering everything correctly and two people that we spoke to were just rude to him. I definitely think the front office staff need lessons on customer etiquette because they are gonna keep losing customers if they keep treating customers this way. Saddest part really was recommending this place to some family and friends because at my consult it was amazing far to say I’ve definitely been let down

I visited this office for a wisdom tooth consult at the advice of my regular dentist. The staff there were extremely unhelpful and rude. I asked questions about my x rays and if the surgery was necessary to which I was responded with “well why are you here?”. As I said previously, I have little to no pain from my wisdom tooth coming in and had this consult at the advice of my regular dental office. I will not be going here for future procedures or recommend to any friends or family. The price I was quoted for one wisdom tooth removal was also outrageous.

My initial interaction with the phone staff was very difficult and I felt like I was a bother. It was not easy to connect and when I did speak to someone the professionalism was very low. The procedure my son's received went smoothly as far the length of time and completing the procedure. However, the lack of information and preparing us for the reaction to full sedation for my two sons both 12 years and younger made it for a very traumatic experience bringing home. My sons were released prematurely before being able to support themselves either walking or standing. Even with two adults in the car it was very difficult to keep them safe and the irritation and agitation as well as not being able to sit without slumping over. Post procedure I went on Google and discovered more than what I received from the staff. I almost went to the surgery by myself not really understanding the type of care that's needed for the patient. If I had my hands on the wheel driving I would have not been able to calm my son's down emotionally and physically. I can't even imagine if I was alone in the car with two of my sons after the premature release. After sedation, they were moved along in a hasty manner.
