Chris SkywalkerI spent a small fortune at VW dealership to diagnose a fault. After a couple of thousand pounds of investigating they wanted me to come back for another full day of diagnosis at silly price labour hours, suspecting an ABS Pump failure which they would replace at £3500. They wouldn't fit a second hand one and it had to be a brand new one. Long story short, I declined and approached Pinnacle. The Technician Chris listened to my VW drama and connected up his diagnosis computer. In 15 minutes he had pinpointed that the fault was a sensor and needed replacement. The part was delivered 30 mins later and replaced. All faults disappeared and my Crafter was running like new again! Absolutely amazed how good the Technician was and his friendly nature. Receptionist was lovely and the experience overall, was sublime. These guys are better than the dealership for a fraction of the cost!! I don't want to praise these guys too much, as it will be so busy I wouldn't be able to get my Van serviced so quickly again lol.
