This yoga studio is very relaxing and easy to find. My friend and I took Marisa's 10:15 a.m. class. Upon arrival, you are asked to remove your shoes and put them on the shoe rack by the door. Then, you have to check in by finding our name on the iPod screen. When you have checked in, you are asked to grab a mat and place it under the fabric of your choice. Once you pick a spot, the instructor will help measure the fabric and adjust it to your hip height. Before starting the class, Marisa asked for rings or bracelets to be removed as they could get stuck on the fabric and rip it. She also asked everyone to put their phones away, as there would be designated time for people to take videos or pictures. Marisa was very straightforward and welcoming, giving instructions before, during, and after the class. One of my favorite things about this class was that it was open to all levels. I’ve never done this before, but Marisa was lovely and motivating. Her willingness to help made me feel comfortable trying things I found difficult.

Barbara and Austin are amazing. We did a private bungee class two years in a row here and love it! Definitely coming back! Many many thanks to Barbara and Austin. Both amazing instructors. Don’t miss this studio when you come to Manhattan.

All good vibes at Om Factory! Eva and Caitlin are both excellent teachers. I love learning new skills and drops here. They have a great intro deal 4 classes for 100 dollars. I am going to keep going! I love it here
