The atmosphere of the studio is amazing ! And especially want to thanks to Lilia Zakharova, because after her class I have changed my opinion about Iyengar yoga. Before I thought it was boring comparing to Ashtanga. But with Lilia it's really cozy and interesting Highly appreciated for this experience and highly recommended to newcomers ☺️

At the Om Iyengar studio you can practice yoga with excellent teachers at one of the most beautiful yoga centers in Lisbon. Classes for beginners. You may also enjoy after class tea at their garden and relax outdoor.

Gorgeous studio with a welcoming family feel. The founder saw a new name and came into the class to introduce herself to me (while gently adjusting me of course). Facilities are excellent and staff is super friendly. Looking forward to continuing my practice here! 🕉️
