I bought a Tissot watch from Rivoli and was shocked by how poorly I was treated when I went in for a minor issue. After the warranty expired, a gold ring near the date section came off by itself — there was no damage or impact. I took the watch to Rivoli, and they quoted me AED 800 just to fix this small internal part. When I politely told them I didn’t want to go ahead with such an overpriced repair, the attitude of the staff completely changed. They became rude and dismissive, and I felt disrespected for simply declining the service. Worse, after they opened the watch, I noticed the internal part (the “box” area near the dial) was slightly bent, which was not the case before. So not only did they mishandle my watch, but I was treated badly just because I chose not to overpay. For a premium brand like Tissot and a retailer like Rivoli, this is unacceptable. I will not be buying from them again, and I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision.
