Dr. Bashore has developed an exceptional sports performance and physical therapy clinic. We started off with a comprehensive pitching evaluation for my son from which specific drills were developed and his progress was monitored. Progress towards my sons goals were seen very quickly and led us to having Dr. Bashore perform a full fitness evaluation and creating a tailored training program for my sons specific needs. Dr. Bashore has exceeded all of our expectations. For context, I have worked with very high level athletes, including MLB players, and I can tell you that Dr. Bashore is crushing it!

We learned about OMI and it’s owner Matt through a trusted friend and decided to take a few pitching lessons from him for my freshman son. My first impression was quickly positive as I heard Matt talk about teaching kids to know their bodies and learn how to avoid injury through exercises, strengthening , and form improvements. My son has gained velocity and confidence in a short period of time and we would recommend OMI, and Matt to anyone!

Dr. Bashore provided a throwing and strength program for our 14 year old son throughout the winter months. We could not be more pleased with the progress he made.
