I began working with Omnitail around early 2020 right around when COVID started. Pre-COVID, I was stuck in an unsavory 6 month contract with a big named agency that was producing less than desirable results. Through my research, I found Omnitail and was intrigued by their claim of profit driven results. During my first call, I spoke to Matt, the founder of Omnitail and I remember that call distinctly because when you call most agencies, you speak to a sales guy that sells you on the idea of generating sales and profit without going into technicalities. I could tell from speaking to Matt that he knew what he was talking about and that he could actually do the work himself. Since I have started working with Omnitail, I have seen enormous growth and have been consistently profitable at a level that has allowed me to do much more with my business and in my personal life. What made me go with Omnitail was their clear attention to detail and analytics, and the fact that they do month to month contracts. The month to month contract made me feel comfortable that they were confident in their own work and that they didn't feel the need to lock their clients up to lengthy contracts, which gave me peace of mind after my terrible experience with my prior agency. The reporting they provide to me is extremely detailed, and they go into a lot of the performance metrics every business owner needs to know when it comes to their advertising. Matt, CJ, and Rob are always readily available to answer any questions I may have and I have full confidence in them to address any issues that may come up in the future. I cannot thank the Omnitail team enough for driving a large part of my success this past year! This was the best decision I made for this business since I have started and I cannot recommend them enough to other ecommerce businesses out there looking for an agency to run their ads.

Once hired, they were so dedicated, reachable day or night and scaled fast! Within two weeks, they were turning around the business I was hired to help. The numbers didn't lie. They were also dealing with a seriously inexperienced executive team and CEO - and they still managed to impress and thrive.

I've worked with Omnitail now on two separate occasions and in both instances they have done an outstanding job both managing and growing our paid search marketing efforts. Matt and his team are well-versed in the mechanics of running sophisticated paid search programs.
