Amazing service. I phoned up with a boiler issue (which the dude was able to name the brand of boiler upon telling him), and was told I'd see him in the morning. But he actually turned up shortly after because he was free, spotted the issue, went out to get a part and resolved it early. He could've easily got away with putting the job off, but instead went above and beyond. Friendly service as well. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, prompt and efficient boiler repair. Ollie managed to diagnose the problem with our boiler literally within a minute and fixed it very swiftly. Explained the issue clearly, communicated what he was going to do to address it and by the time I realised, the job was completed. Totally professional, knowledgeable and polite. Very reasonably priced too. I highly recommend this business, it's a rare gem to have locally based services of such a high quality.
