James is very professional and communicative. He and his crew show up and as quietly as possible, work to make your roof beautiful. He provides a variety of colors to select from. They did an excellent job on my roof and had the job completed within 1-2 days. I highly recommend On The Roof Contracting if you need a new roof! He has excellent relationships with most home insurance companies and will work hard to get your roof replaced! James makes the process simple and easy! I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience with On The Roof Contracting. James and Justin put in the time and effort needed to get my roof replaced. As this was my first roof replacement, I had questions on the how’s, why’s, and when’s. I received both answers and explanations that I could understand. From the initial evaluation through the roof replacement itself, facing challenges with unpredictable weather and the insurance company, James and his staff remained professional and courteous, while making sure I had updates in a timely manner. My new roof is amazing, and the proof is in the pictures and the happy calls from my neighbors.

We've had some bad storms in our neighborhood in the Louisville area we called James to come out and inspect the roof. Chris Hellard and James showed up to inspect the roof found damage once we gave the insurance permission to work with On the roof contracting the hardest thing we had to do was pick the shingle color.
