On Call Dental, Cracked tooth: Dr. Gates and the staff were all extremely professional, pleasant, kind, and very welcoming. Genevieve was nice and let me know what she was doing when she took x-rays and pictures of my troubled tooth. Then Dr. Gates explained in detail and the options of what could be done with tooth. Dr. Gates took his time and never felt like he was rushing his time with me. We went with the option of the extraction and the was the best decision as the tooth was cracked. I did not feel anything when he pulled my tooth out. Dr Gates and Genevieve gave great discharge instructions and aftercare! They have a new client and I will be seeing them for all my dental care. Had a great experience with Dr. Gates and OnCall Dental! Had some dental pain and my regular dentist couldn’t get me in for two weeks. OnCall got me in right away and were very thorough and thoughtful. Everyone I interacted with was professional and nice. Dr. Gates took a lot of time to explain what was causing the pain and gave me a plan of action. All for only $99. I was so pleased by the whole experience that I will be switching to them for my primary dental needs.
