Exceptional staff and treatment. Dr. Gates and the entire staff treated me as if I were the most important patient; each demonstrated patience and dedicated time while explaining and performing procedures. This is now my primary dental care choice. I will recommend them to family and friends.

On Call Dental, Cracked tooth: Dr. Gates and the staff were all extremely professional, pleasant, kind, and very welcoming. Genevieve was nice and let me know what she was doing when she took x-rays and pictures of my troubled tooth. Then Dr. Gates explained in detail and the options of what could be done with tooth. Dr. Gates took his time and never felt like he was rushing his time with me. We went with the option of the extraction and the was the best decision as the tooth was cracked. I did not feel anything when he pulled my tooth out. Dr Gates and Genevieve gave great discharge instructions and aftercare! They have a new client and I will be seeing them for all my dental care.
