OnCall Doctors

Written on behalf of my wife. I recently contacted On Call Doctors having been fed up of sitting on the phone for an hour to get through to my normal GP, and having been told following an unexpected visit to A&E that I needed an onward referral, decided to contact On Call Doctors. I work in private healthcare myself and having used a variety of providers over the years, On Call Doctors has been first class. The reception team are all so so lovely. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. When I called, I was offered a same day appointment. The clinic itself is modern, bright and doesn’t have the usual “health centre” feel. Also able to park right outside. Dr Sange, in my opinion, is the epitome of how all doctors should be. Put me at ease straight away, kind and welcoming. He took the time to get to know me, to understand what had happened, and to talk me through the tests that had been done in A&E. I was fully examined, never rushed, and the referrals were done for further tests. He even followed up with a phone call at home to see how i was getting on/ feeling. There was some paperwork to action from my health insurance provider, and again I was never made to feel a hassle. Everyone at the practice acts in a timely manner and genuinely cares that you are getting sorted. Moving forward we will now use On Call Doctors. You cannot put a price on your health, and the reassurance and support you receive is worth every penny! Thank you to all the On Call Doctors team, I am so very grateful to you all.

Every time I call for me or one of my children, or any other family member for that matter, we are fitted in very quickly the same day. Great service thank you!

I attended Oncall Doctors for a very specialised blood test procedure. It was a new experience for both Dr Sange and myself but he was brilliant and worked with me to ensure all procedures were followed to the letter. Caroline was also amazing; she was super helpful and kind thought the process (from contact to procedure).
