Robert is a very knowledgeable handyman. He repaired and changed bathroom fixtures, leveled my kitchen stove, replaced a light switch, tightened towel bars, tightened toilet seats and sealed a spot that was leaking at the back of my kitchen sink. Not only did he do all of this for a reasonable price, he did everything with a smile and a very professional attitude. I highly recommend Robert of Once-N-Done for any of your home repairs. This was the second job he has done for me.

I used Robert (Once-n-Done) to do the prep-work and clean-up work related to a pipe replacement in my upstairs bathroom that ran behind a built-in shelving system in my laundry room. The prep-work consisted of moving the stacked washer and dryer as well as dissembling the built-in. The clean-up work consisted of replacing the sub-floor and making sure it was structurally sound as well as replacing the tile that plumber had to remove in order to access the stack. In addition to reconstructing the built-in and reconnecting the washer and dryer. Robert was at my residence three separate days and he was early/on-time all three times (punctuality is a big deal for me). The work he did was excellent and was very knowledgeable on how to repair an old home. I highly recommend Robert’s services to anyone that needs home repairs that are above their own skill level and will be using his services again in the future.

Called this man for an estimate and he told me it would be 50 dollars and if I used him, he would take it off the bill. Is this the new thing?.....charge for an estimate? I wouldn't recommend wasting your time. Says alot about how he does business
