In mid 2023 we had a burst pipe in the ceiling in the house that caused unspeakable damage, which only became worse the more we looked into it. The insurers sent Blair's team round to assess and arrange remediation, which involved every tradesman you can think of: builders, plumbers, gas, electrical, paint, plastering, carpets, bathroom installers... Blair and his team turned around a potential nightmare into a totally positive redecorating and renovations experience, including good ideas (structural and design, thank you Amanda), assisting with claims assessors and other third parties, detailed breakdown of costings, and weekly who-does-what-on-what-days spreadsheets. When the work was done we retained Blair to do some other work unrelated to the insurance claim, but which was overdue to be done anyway, both inside and outside the house (new deck, landscaping, fencing etc). And when the odd glitch occurred (rare, but we did have a bit of water through the ceiling unexpectedly) he was straight round to deal with it.
