Neil was very helpful in estimating and suggesting what we needed done and a very nice guy to work with. While I did not end up utilizing their services (I was able to ultimately DIY my project), One & Done was one of the only companies who gave me the time of day with my inquiry for work. I’m not sure if other companies felt the job was too small or what, but April not only replied to my initial inquiry, but followed up with me multiple times. A company projecting that they value a potential client, even a small one, is huge in my eyes. There’s an endless number of companies that can complete your work- but finding one you can trust and that feels that they value is what sets those companies apart.
