I had an excellent experience with the team at One Call Doctor. I booked a blood test to check my vitamin levels, and they provided me with great service and perfectly scheduled appointment timing. The nurse was very professional and communicative, and the driver on the team was also very friendly. I highly recommend this home care service to anyone in Dubai looking for professional and affordable healthcare services.

Please read the Reviews before booking. We have received the worst service. Incompetent staff who are so unprofessional. Lack of communication and back tracking on everything that was offered. With same response everytime = we are very sorry. Will never use them as there are far more cheaper and better options. The myth of expensive the better does not apply here. They are happy to charge premium pricing with far far below service level. Money down the drain for us.

The worst service in terms of reliability. I bought a 4 session IV + NAD package on promotion through @Instagram and since the 1st booking, it has been a terrible experience. Continuous cancellations and missed appointments at the 11th hour. Each session is 2 hrs, which is not easy to reschedule if you have a full time job. I’ve had 2 different nurses and the service was equally disappointing. I was intent on giving my body system a boost by scheduling the sessions at approximately 4-5 week intervals, however, given the missed sessions, the efficacy of the treatment is no longer reliable. I would not trust any of the services at all. They will keep charging your card without delivering the service. They promise to reschedule each time, whilst having charged you, and then they do not stick to the rescheduled time after all. I have even filed a customer complaint with the DED because they refuse to refund the sessions that they have missed. I would not suggest even trying them at all!

Top notch service by the customer care team and the nurse was absolutely lovely too. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who cannot find the time to go to a clinic and get a blood test done.
