From the start talking with Wade, to finish, this was a smooth job, less than a week. The guys got started about 6:00 am finished about 4:00 that afternoon. Wade called or texted several times to check on everything . No mess to clean up, they did all that. I really can’t say enough about them. Through an insurance claim I was only given so much for a roof repair. I needed the whole thing done. This company finances, which is a big plus for someone like me. Originally I was told during this time of the year it would be hard to have installers at my house for at least 3 to 5 weeks. Same day of the call a Tuesday. To my surprise I received a text message same day, your materials will be delivered Friday and installation on Monday workers will arrive around 7am. Monday was Memorial Day, I asked to make sure, are you sure they are working the Holiday, Yes, the text replied. WOW. Monday morning 5am the workers arrived. I was called and kept informed of everything (especially finding out 5 layers were on roof including original cedar shingles) and the extra plank board I would need. They worked with me every step of the way. From 5 am to 8 pm the workers did their job, then another 3 hours the following morning. 18 hrs, my roof was, stripped, planked, and reshingled. The workers cleaned up after themselves, almost no evidence that anyone was there. Over all I am very pleased, and satisfied with the whole process. I would highly recommend this company to any one I knew who needed a roof. Thank You One Day Roofing!!!!!!
