I called them before hand and told them i want to paint my bathroom, gave them measurements, material, color, finishing and everything. We agreed on the price. Everything was smooth and good to go. However, just to mention, the guy insisted on wanting to come to my house and to see what i want to change. I avoid people coming to my house for the reason them seeing my cars, villa, nationality (because i know they’ll give me some mind blowing presidential prices) so i send them pictures on what i want to change and for the time being we just agreed to change the bathroom for now. Anyways, The moment they entered my house, slowly the prices started to rise, they need extra paint, extra coating, “a special oil” because its a “special tile”. Bare in mind i already know the prices for each bucket paint + oil in the market and willing to buy it for them and just pay them for service. He insisted he had to get this “special paint+ oil”. When i included this oil painting to the agreed price. It wasnt much just an additional of 150 He insisted wanting more for his “service” (by more i mean 250 extra) i called the manager. Manager said 500dhs more. It was a back and forth phone calls between the 3 of us, and the prices kept increasing untill it reached 750 from the original price of 250. So i knew they’re trying to scam me. After I canceled with them, i was willing to give them abit of money just for the fact they came over. They insisted i had to pay for the paint (which was 120), he wanted 200, i called the manager and he said 250. So unethical. Ofcourse i wouldnt pay them for that price. I offered to give 50 dhs each for both workers for me wasting their time to come over and atleast to clean the bathroom. They declined, so i threw them out of the house. The funniest thing the manager called me requesting me to block him and his workers. Bunch of rats. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

They have well experienced electricians and AC technician and they should provide good customer service and perfect work
