Absolutely terrible and unethical agency. Forced me to give testimonial for my helper despite knowing my bad experience with her by randomly calling me and passing the phone to the new potential employer who then proceeded to ask me questions. Unprofessional and rude as well when I raised this up to them, they mocked me. Would definitely not recommend, not even to people I dislike.
