The facilities are great. We enjoyed the saunas and the cold plunge. However, the process for accessing the facilities is maddening. Get there well before any appointment you’ve made because it’s going to take a while…and don’t forget your phone because it’s essential for the process (QR codes, multiple forms, etc.). We got there 10 minutes early and I ended up missing all but 15 minutes of my sauna appointment. Also, they charged us twice for one of our party, claiming their payment didn’t go through. Unfortunate, because the facilities are on point. They just need to reevaluate and revamp their check-in and payment process.

Shawn booked a massage for my birthday and it was wonderful! The staff upon entering are very professional and polite. The sitting area was well decorated and relaxing. I loved that we could sit together before and after my massage. Bring your bathing suit because you can both go to the same sauna and steam room! Best of all my massage was wonderful! Lyndsay was my massage therapist and she did a wonderful job! Also, she was so nice and down to earth it felt like we had been friends forever. You would never have known we lived miles apart in different countries! If I ever get a chance to go back to Canmore, I will definitely go back!

Totally enjoyed a 60 min massage with Deborah. I haven’t felt that relaxed in a long time. Very much recommend the spa for smacking environment that promotes wellness and relaxation and the massage therapist that did my treatment.

My massage with Deborah was amazing. Great pressure and relaxing atmosphere which is exactly what I was looking for. And all the other amenities available after were great. Clean. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Loved the variety of cold plunges they offered. The saunas and steam were definitely a favorite of mine. And the lounge was a great place to relax in between everything. I spent 5 hours there. Would’ve stayed longer if they had snacks/food available. Ha ha.
