Absolutely obsessed with my manicure! Jessica has incredible attention to detail—every tiny flower and bee is perfect. She’s also such an amazing conversationalist, which makes the whole experience even better. I got bio gel with shellac polish, and not only does it look stunning, but it’s so durable. I can garden without worrying about breaking a nail! It lasts me a full 3–4 weeks every time. Highly recommend!

The ladies here are very welcoming and every time I get a pedicure I’m always happy. However, I’m going on a much needed vacation next week so I went in to get my hair done and I can’t believe how ruined my hair is. I asked for a nice dark blonde light brown WARM toned hair with keeping it blonder at the bottom, keeping some highlights and a money piece (see inspo pic). I sent her multiple pics of different angles of the same inspo pic so she could refer to them. My original hair was bright blonde. She gave me hair that looked black with ashy grey blonde and I CRIED in the chair. I asked her to remove it which she did and was apologetic.. but now I’m left with uneven patchy hair that they still charged me with tax over $400!!!!!! Would not recommend for hair. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror 🥺

All the staff are so friendly and warm! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, they took my coat from me and offered me a cup of coffee. It's a gorgeous spot and the hair stylist named Cherry does an amazing job with my hair! I got a balayage done with her and I was SO HAPPY with the way it came out that I almost cried. She cut and fixed my existing balayage and built the color off of it- the best results I've seen, and I've been to a few places in Barrie. Will need to come back for a pedicure! Thank you ladies for making my day 😊
