Horrible experience. I secured a mortgage rate only to be told, when rates went sky high, that there was an unexpected issue (on their end) and my rate was lost. The explanation given made no sense. It was most likely an issue of incompetence. The way the broker handled this was to be flip. The company was encouraged to find a way to make things right because I was now indeed in a predicament... left in a very bad situation. There as no sense of professionalism. They were ultimately more interested in trying to still find a way to best profit off my mortgage ignoring the fact that their poor communication and actions cost me (literally thousands). Reputations are easy to fake with a few google reviews it would seem. I took the hit and also took my business elsewhere. I recommend others do the same.
