Great !!! During my vacation at Terrebonne✔, I desperately needed a foot refresh after days of walking. I found this salon by chance and booked a gel pedi. It was pure heaven😀! They took great care in cleaning, shaping and massaging my feet before applying the smoothest gel polish I've ever had🤍. The color selection was amazing too. How can I have this salon at home??

From the moment I arrived, the ambience was welcoming and spotless. My tech carefully listened to what I wanted for an acrylic set - not too thick, not too thin, just perfect. The polish application was flawless and lasted weeks without chipping. I’m so thankful my friend recommended this hidden gem for me.

I went in today to purchase a $50 gift card for my niece, and I was extremely disappointed with the service and handling. First, they gave me a 3-month expiry date on the gift card. Please note that under Québec law, gift cards cannot have an expiry date (as per the Office de la protection du consommateur Not allowed in Québec! Since June 30, 2010, any prepaid card that can be used as cash (including gift cards redeemable for goods or services) cannot legally carry an expiry date. If your card states an expiry date—even if it's only 3 months—that clause is invalid, and the remaining value must still be redeemables) Secondly, I was charged $57.49 instead of $50. I was told this was due to taxes. Again, in Québec, it is illegal to charge taxes when purchasing a gift card. Taxes should only apply when the card is used—not when it's bought. (Revenu Québec) When I pointed this out, the employee said something to her boss in another language and the manager insisted I had to pay tax. This is misleading and unacceptable business practice. If you're going to sell gift cards in Québec, you should follow Québec consumer protection laws. I’ve reported this to the Office de la protection du consommateur and would not recommend this place unless they correct these illegal practices. Even after I told them it was illegal they didn’t care. I will never ever step foot in there again. **** answering back the poor response of the owner**** FYI I DID NOT ASK FOR A GIFT CARD FOR A SPECIFIC SERVICE! I asked for 50$ You can’t tax me 7.49 then when my niece comes in to use it another 7.49. You guys are scammers. If I’m putting 50.00 on a card you need to have that amount on the card. 57.49 not 50.00 so please get YOUR FACTS straight. Anyways I made a complaint.
