I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this nail salon was extremely disappointing. I called ahead of time to make sure they could take both me and my sister-in-law for a manicure and pedicure. They confirmed they had time for both of us. When we arrived, another woman came in after us for just a pedicure. Instead of starting with us, the technician sat us all in separate chairs and began with the woman who arrived after us. While setting up my station, he let the water overflow, soaking the floor and all the nearby electrical wires, which was honestly a huge safety concern. Eventually, someone started the pedicure for my sister-in-law, and I was left waiting. When the technician finished with the other customer, he immediately took another walk-in for a manicure, completely ignoring me. To top it all off, at 4:30pm, one of the nail techs had the audacity to tell me that they “might not have time” to do my nails—even though we had been there since 3:00pm, and they close at 5:00pm. The lack of professionalism, poor time management, and disregard for customer appointments was unacceptable. I made the effort to call ahead to avoid exactly this situation. I would not recommend this place based on how poorly we were treated.

I highly recommend Ongles Spa May. May gives a very gentle, precise and thorough pedicure that I must say is the best I’ve ever had. The treatment is exceptional and includes foot massage, warm towels and a quiet, relaxing ambiance.

Went for a pedicure on a whim. Excellent! Took my partner later who said it was best pedicure she’s ever had! Highly recommended.
