Warning to Buyers: Unacceptable Management and Excessive Mandates Post-Sale My experience with Onni Group, extending from the pre-sale process into residency, has been extremely poor. The development and management prioritize profit maximization over basic client quality of life and building functionality. Mandatory, Overpriced EV Charging: Owners are forced into an exclusive contract with a single EV charging provider. The installation cost is a mandatory, unjustified fee of approximately $11,000, with highly inflated ongoing charges of $2 per 6.5 kWh. This predatory arrangement clearly penalizes environmentally conscious owners. Severe Access and Parking Issues: The shared residential/commercial parking gate causes unacceptable congestion, resulting in routine 10-minute wait times for both entry and exit. Visitor parking is dysfunctional; nearly 50% of my guests have received $80 parking violation notices. Additionally, the main building buzzer system is frequently non-functional, causing access issues for residents and guests alike. Developer Neglect: Despite repeated reports, multiple critical building maintenance and repair issues remain completely unaddressed. There is a clear and sustained pattern of post-sale neglect. I strongly advise prospective buyers to seek other developers.

Utterly Deplorable Service from Onni Vancouver Angel at Onnie Vancouver is an incompetent property manager, and her boss is no better, both displaying shocking disregard for prospective tenant’s business. I contacted Angel immediately about a rental that posted at the start of September, critical for my son’s school proximity and my elderly mother’s mobility needs. She ghosted me for days, then left me hanging for a week when I pushed for a viewing. When she finally responded, Angel cited “tenant family issues” and set a viewing for October 1st, assuring me I’d be first to view. Days before, she texted that another family, who said they didn’t want a viewing, got priority. I called her boss, who gave a hollow promise to “look into it” but didn’t take my number or follow up. The night before the viewing, Angel texted that the property was rented. Onni Vancouver’s conduct is despicable, treating prospective tenants like garbage. Avoid this disgraceful company at all costs—unprofessional, dishonest, and utterly deplorable.

Onni’s motto is profit before people. Here in the pictures is just an everyday occurrence of Onni and its trades and workers jamming the firelane with parking for its vehicles. They do this everyday despite being told of the safety risk to residents. They also litter the lane ways with nails and screws that have caused countless punctured tires for residents. It is non stop shortcuts at the expense of residents to maximize profits.
