Our organization has unknowingly fallen behind and Cierra (the person we worked with) was fantastic in bringing our organization up to date. She was particularly helpful, humorous, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to correspond with. She helped us meet a crucial deadline as well which was so very much appreciated! Delighted with the prompt service for a corporation profile certificate. Cierra however went absolutely above and beyond and let me know that some of my corporation filings were missing / out of date, which I was not aware of. Easy to miss when you are busy with a medical day job (or any job come to that)! I was very impressed that she thought to look and also let me know - other similar companies did not do this, and simply printed off the requested certificate. I now have all my Corporation details up to date thanks to her. Fantastic service - highly recommend.
