IDS employees are skilled, professional, and competent. This was our second time having them out to our facility and both were good experiences. I must admit, I was extremely skeptical when the IDS team arrived at our business to perform a financial analysis for us. However, they have been extremely helpful in improving our workflows, processes and efficiency. They were able to help us drill down and understand where we are currently operating and performing and showed us how a few changes in those processes could improve our overall finances. We were provided with valuable tools and resources such as cashflow management as well as some pricing tools to assist with calculating overhead and operating costs. They not only provide the resources, but they also make sure you have a solid understanding of how to use them.
