Our journey with Chris began in February 2024 when we were moving out of our home in Waterloo region after a negative experience in the real estate market where we lost almost $60k. We had no choice but to walk away from the loss. My family and I found Chris’s contact in a Google search as we had to pursue alternative housing options because we didn’t qualify for any ‘straight buying’ options. Almost every broker we met with could only get us to the finish line, but never complete the deal as it always came back to lack of finances due to the loss of $60k. Chris stayed with us from February 2024 until February 2025 and helped us find alternative housing options to choose from until we finally landed on a home. To say he was patient is an understatement as most agents will not stay with a client for 1 year. Most of the advice we received from other agents and brokers was to take 2-3 years to rebuild savings and credit scores. Much too long in the Canadian job market when it’s so hard to get a foot in the door to begin with. Chris found options so that we could get in now instead of having to wait. I would and will highly recommend Chris to people who have unorthodox files, but still trying to get into the real estate market.
