Great experience. In Ottawa for pre-op appointments for upcoming eye surgery. Decided timewise it made more sense to fill the prescriptions while here rather than find a window in the upcoming travels. Staff was wonderful. They didn’t have one item in stock but had it delivered and was in our hands in about two hours. Patient going through and explaining the various uses that will be necessary. Excellent first experience!

I walked in and waited without being acknowledged. I wanted to ask the pharmacist a question, but I was ignored while he spoke in Arabic with his delivery person. This felt rude and showed a disregard for customers who might understand the conversation. Additionally, there was a religious recording playing in the background, which, while I respect everyone's faith..My main concern, however, is the lack of attention and service quality; because of this, I decided to leave. it's not with good faith that i wrote, it is what it is. Thank you !
