I do not recommend at all they was supposed to send my daughter prescription to the pharmacy lied and told me it was ready I called the pharmacy and they told me they never received it because the dentist had it transferred to another pharmacy they was able to get the prescription and transfer it to a pharmacy near me I received a phone from the dentist her self she told me they had it sent to another pharmacy due to their pharmacy not having it in stock but when I went to tell the dentist what the pharmacy told me she cut me off and got disrespectful as if she’s the only one allowed to talk I hung up the phone on the spot because I will not deal with an unprofessional disrespectful dentist do not go here go somewhere else take your child somewhere else not here

This place is horrible. Z along with the the other woman that sits at front desk, they laugh and think fixed income is funny. Even Gray the “supervisor” thought it was funny when a patient doesn’t have the money to pay. Obviously, this clinic is low income in a predominantly black neighborhood. Should not be charging a dime as they receive grants already. I had to literally get a uber home after canceling my appointment. They are super unfriendly, and not accommodating what so ever. Just go elsewhere that offer better service, even if you have to pay. I wouldn’t want no one with bad energy in my mouth.

I was seen today and OMG! The hygienist and dentist were amazing! But the front staff is terrible. The lady who checked me in was rude and impatient. While I was filling out the paperwork and on the phone getting a picture of my insurance card. (Also when I told her I didn't have my insurance card but had the paperwork for my insurance she told me she had it already) She told me I had a couple more minutes to fill out the paperwork or they wouldn’t see me. I told her that I was filling it out. So after a couple of seconds, I handed the paper to her and told her I could reschedule the appointment if they couldn’t see me. She told me that it’s only three papers. Be mindful that I was indeed late because I didn’t know their building had moved down the street. When I called to let them know the lady informed me I had a 20 minute grace period and she will let them know.I showed up way before the 20 mins grace period was up. She also decided to discuss me in an ill way stating that I’m mad because I’m late. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Hopefully after seeing their review they will go over customer service and how to professionally address patients.
